Hi Melina! I went back on Amazon tonight and found a couple of Telushkins books available in used condition from Amazon so I snatched up both of them at a real savings. I ordered Jewish Wisdom and The Book of Jewish Values a day by day guide. Have you read either of them? I was able to read a little on Amazon and it seems like they are what I've been looking for... can't wait for them to arrive! I hope you are doing well, I'll write again later. Joy! Suzan
Hi Mellina! I saw your blog and noticed that you had been reading some of Rabbi Telushkins' works. Today when I logged on to my Amazon account I noticed they had listed some of his works on my recommended list so I thought I'd ask you what you thought and which books you have read and liked the most and why.
I was touched by your blog where you mentioned that "something didn't feel right" I think G-d speaks to us in such ways, He makes us uncomfortable so we might get up and look around. If something doesn't feel right chances are it's not! I can identify with that feeling and I think it's wonderful that we finally have this blessed site where we can come together, share, and seek!
