I was just listening to Yishai Fleisher and friends on http://israelnationalradio.com/. The guest was Rabbi Judah on the many layers of Purim. I was struck by how strongly the story of Purim relates to springtime. A time of hope and renewal. How quickly things can turn from despair to hope. It's a perfect fit but what else should one expect? It's a wonderful story, what a great time of year! And so especially poignant with current situations in the world. May Hashem bless the people of Israel!
