I'm 31 years old - until Sept 16/08.

I have been married since June 2000 to William, who I met in a religious studies class during our undergraduate years in 1996.

We have four daughters - ages seven, five, three and 4 months old.

We have an extended family household with my mother and grandmother living in the basement apt. of our house. I grew up with my maternal grandparents also.

My passion is life has been to learn, learn, learn. I half jokingly tell people my occupation is a lifetime student.

I am a survivor of childhood abuse and school violence. R.I.P. Ben.

My "Jewsihness" has evolved, changed and continues to do so daily, weekly, monthly and yearly since I first understood what "Jewish" meant.

I live in eastern Canada in a beautiful province called Nova Scotia. Its a peninsula, surrounded by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. I was born, raised and currently reside here and suspect I always will.
